Recently I began to do illustrations for childrens books. The first book... "Thank You Sammy" was written by Brian King,LCSW in the Chicago area. It is an illustrated story about Sammy The Squirrel who is autistic, and describes several of his kind, gentle and caring interactions with his friends and neighbors.
The second book is "Warren Is Wonderful" and is story about Warren the dinosaur who is also autistic. This book was written by my wife Annette L Becklund, MSW LCSW, and is not only a storybook but a coloring book. It is the first in a series of Warren books.

It has not only been an enjoyable undertaking illustrating these books, but an honor to have been a part of them.
